About our Caravans

Devon Cliffs van is a Cosalt Resort Deluxe, 35ft x 10ft.(pictured above)

Perran Sands van is an Atlas Florida Super, 35ft x 12ft.

The Cosalt Resort Deluxe (pictured above)

This is a beautifully designed, spacious caravan with 3 bedrooms and a fold-out sprung double bed under the lounge seating. Although an 8-berth caravan, we hire to a maximum of 6 people in order to maintain your comfort. It is fully equipped to a high standard including colour tv., radio/cassette, dvd player, microwave, toaster, vacuum cleaner and ironing board. Duvets and pillows are provided but not bed linen. All bedrooms contain plenty of coathangers.

The caravan has new carpets and upholstery for 2008 season. It is carpeted throughout, except for the bathroom and kitchen area, and all rooms are tastefully furnished in a natural wood finish with ample plug sockets and mirrors. There is a security alarm, smoke alarm and fire extinguisher and all annual gas and electric safety checks are up to date.

• The double bedroom has a large wardrobe with shelf, a dressing table with mirror and shaving socket, two bedside cabinets, ornamental shelving with cupboards above the bed and a reading light.

• The twin bedroom has two single beds with a bedside cabinet between them, ornamental shelving and cupboards along one wall, a wardrobe with shelf and a wall mounted mirror. We have a cot rail which may be fixed to one of the twin beds to completely enclose it.

• The bunk room has two single beds at right-angles, a large wardrobe, bedside table, a large shelf unit and a wall mounted mirror. All the bedrooms have plug sockets near to the mirrors and lots of coathangers.

• The shower room is modern and spacious with a glass fronted shower unit and beige furnishings. The wall cabinet above the sink has a natural wood finish with mirrored doors. There are towel hooks on the door and a small towel rail.

• The kitchen has a shelf placed microwave, toaster, full sized fridge and gas cooker. The work surfaces, sink unit and cooker are co-ordinated in beige with natural wood units and the unusual angle of the kitchen gives a feeling of spaciousness. There is a good selection of kitchenware for cooking both on the cooker and in the microwave.

• The lounge area has seating all around with a large shelf unit for the tv, dvd and radio/cassette. The dining table may be folded flat and stored in the hallway against the wall, there is a clip to hold it in place. Two stools to add to table seating are stored against the breakfast bar. The large windows all along two sides of the lounge give the caravan a light and airy appearance.

• Outside the caravan is a paved patio area with 4 patio chairs and stepping stones to the road.

The Atlas Florida Super

This is 12ft wide, stylish and comfortable, sleeping 6 people with one double room and two twin bedrooms. All rooms are beautifully furnished with beech effect cupboard units, matching tables and tv unit, carpeted throughout except for the kitchen, toilet and shower room, and equipped to the same high standard as our Cosalt Resort. Internal doors are cream with brass handles. Duvets and pillows are included but not bed linen.

• The double room has two wall mounted bedside cabinets and an overhead shelving unit, a large wardrobe with shelf, and a dressing table with drawers, cupboards and shave point.

• The twin bedrooms both have free standing metal framed beds with a bedside table between. Both rooms have mirrors and wardrobes, one has a cupboard unit with drawers. There are plenty of coathangers in all bedrooms and plug sockets near to mirrors. A large storage cupboard in one of the twin rooms holds the vacuum cleaner, airers and other useful items, including a travel cot. There is room to store suitcases underneath the beds.

• The shower room has a large shower with sliding doors, a porcelain vanity unit with bathroom cabinet and toilet, all in cream. There is also a separate room with toilet, handbasin and wall cabinet.

• The kitchen area is well designed with plenty of storage space for both cooking equipment and food. There is a full sized cooker with electronic ignition, full sized fridge, shelf mounted microwave, kettle and toaster. A breakfast service bar separates the kitchen from the open plan dining area which comfortably seats six around a large table.

• The lounge area is very spacious and light with a bay window, a feature fireplace with modern gas fire and large overmantle mirror. There is an ornamental storage cupboard on the wall, a freestanding tv/dvd unit and a coffee table. Soft stylish upholstery adds to the comfort of the seating along two walls of the caravan. We have provided a few books and games for your use.

Site Information

Both of these sites are All Action parks and offer similar activities and attractions. However, they are both very different in character. Please follow these links to Devon Cliffs and Perran Sands for an insight into what each has to offer, and to find out how to get there.

2003 saw a major investment of £6 million to rebuild the entertainment complex into a new and bigger Family Entertainment Centre at Devon Cliffs, which includes an internet cafe, all day bar and coffee house, video entertainment wall and sun decks/terraces. In fact the previous layout of the complex is barely recognisable. In summer 2004 a Health and Fitness Centre was completed. Each year more features are added or upgraded.

Both sites now have Burger King restaurants.

Booking Conditions

We are sorry but we do not allow pets or smoking in our caravans.

• A deposit of £50 per week is required with your booking and the balance is due six weeks before the start of your holiday,(non-returnable on cancellation). Please consider taking out some form of holiday insurance. Monthly payments may also be made in advance of the main summer season.

• Haven Membership Passes for Entertainment are not included in our prices and, if required, may be purchased from reception.

• The caravans are equipped with Duvets and Pillows but you must take your own sheets and pillowcases.

• All guests should be included on the booking form up to a maximum of 6 persons. All ages count towards occupancy.Anyone not on the form will be charged extra by Haven.

• Sorry, no groups of young adults. Families and Couples only. Hirer must be over 21.

• Check in time from 2.30pm. Check out time 10.00am

• Our guests must follow the holiday park rules at all times. There is a 10mph speed limit on the park.

• Please do not drive on the grass at Devon Cliffs when it is wet. The site will charge you £50 to be towed out by tractor and for damage to the grass.

MIDWEEK SHORT BREAKS - available between Saturdays, on selected weeks only, from £40 per night. (minimum payment of 3nts) These may not be booked more than a month in advance as priority is given to full weeks. Sorry, we dont do short breaks in July, August, Easter or Half Term.
